小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂对XFM麻醉大鼠不同脑区去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺的影响

摘  要:
为探讨去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺在小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂催醒过程中的作用,40只Wistar大鼠随机均分为单纯麻醉组和麻醉-催醒组。这两组又随机均分为恢复翻正反射即刻和恢复直线爬行即刻2个小组。采用高效液相色谱法检测麻醉大鼠不同脑区去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺含量变化。结果显示,注射颉颃剂后,麻醉大鼠各脑区内去甲肾上腺素呈现升高趋势,5-羟色胺呈现降低的趋势,与大鼠苏醒过程行为学变化基本吻合。研究表明小型猪特异性麻醉颉颃剂催醒作用可能与大脑皮层、丘脑内去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺的变化有关,这可能是XFM麻醉与催醒的靶位之一。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effect of noradrenaline and 5-HT on the antagonism mechanism mediated by specific antagonist for miniature pigs'combined anaesthetic.Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into anaesthesia group and anaesthesia-wake-up group.Each group was randomly divided into regaining the righting reflex group and regaining the rectilinear creeping group.And the changes of noradrenaline and 5-HT in different encephalic region were measured by HPLC.After administration of specific antagonist for miniature pigs'combined anaesthetic,the content of noradrenaline was increased and the content of 5-HT was decreased,and the changes were coincident with rats behavior changes.It indicated that antagonistic effects of specific antagonist for miniature pigs'combined anaesthetic may relate to the changes of noradrenaline and 5-HT in cerebral cortex and thalamus,and may be one of the main targets in the miniature pig compound anesthetic anesthesia and wake-up effection.
