微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定罐装奶粉中的锡

摘  要:
采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定罐装奶粉中重金属锡(Sn)含量。结果表明:该方法线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.999 3,检出限为0.002 mg/kg,定量限为0.007 mg/kg,回收率为85.3%~90.4%。该方法具有快速、简便、准确和稳定等优点,可用于实际样品中锡的含量测定。

摘  要:
This study was to establish a method for the determination of tin in canned milk powder by microwave digestion and hydride ge neration atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS). The canned milk powder was dissolved by microwave digestion and then analyzed on the Sn content therein by the HG-AFS. The results indicated that this method was of good linearity with a correlation coefficient r of 0.9993, the limit of detection was 0.002 mg/kg, the limit of quantitation was 0.007 mg/kg, and the recoveries from spiked samples ranged fro m 85.3% to 90.4%. This method was rapid, simple, accurate and stable for the determination of tin content in practical samples.
