重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系试验台的设计

摘  要：
如何设计出能够稳定可靠检验动力换挡传动系产品的试验台,是广大科研机构和企业一直探索的问题。综合运用控制科学、信号处理、传感技术等多学科理论,对重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系试验台进行研究。设计一个能够满足测试多型号重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系的性能、耐久性测试试验台。既能适应当前重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系产品的需要,并考虑到未来动力换挡传动系产品发展需求,能够实现重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系性能、耐久性等测试的规范化。对重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系试验台进行效率试验、耐久性试验测试。测试结果说明重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系试验台的性能达到了测试要求,能够满足重型拖拉机动力换挡传动系的各种测试要求。

摘  要：
Designing a test-bed to test power shift transmission stably and reliably is a problem,which has been exploring by lots of research institutes and enterprises.The test-bed for heavy tractor is studied in this paper,based on control science,signal processing,sensing technology and other multi-disciplinary theories.This test-bed is designed for testing the performance and durability of various types of heavy tractors,which can not only satisfy the requirements of existing power shift transmission products,but also consider the development demand of future products,and then,promote the standardization of power shift transmission testing.Through the efficiency and durability tests,the test-bed is verified to achieve the requirements of performance test,and can meet all the test requirements of power shift transmission for heavy tractor.
