重型拖拉机故障诊断系统开发

摘  要:
为推动重型拖拉机智能化技术的发展,提高拖拉机的安全性和可靠性,保证拖拉机能够正常安全地进行农业生产作业,开发重型拖拉机的故障诊断系统。根据SAE J1939协议选取适合重型拖拉机的诊断参数组,采用基于模型设计的方法开发重型拖拉机整机故障诊断的应用层策略模型,通过与底层代码的集成实现整机故障诊断系统的开发。通过整机VCU与上位机的诊断界面对拖拉机故障诊断功能进行验证。测试结果表明:VCU能够对采集的数据进行故障分析,故障结果符合实际情况。可见开发的重型拖拉机故障诊断系统能够实现重型拖拉机的故障诊断功能,符合设计要求。

摘  要:
In order to promote the development of intelligent technology for heavy tractors, improve the safety and reliability of tractors, and ensure that tractors can carry out agricultural production operations in a normal and safe manner, a fault diagnosis system for heavy tractors has been developed. According to the SAE J1939 protocol, a diagnostic parameter set suitable for heavy tractors was selected. The application layer strategy model for fault diagnosis of heavy tractors was developed based on the model designed method. The fault diagnosis system was realized by integration with the underlying code. The tractor fault diagnosis function is verified by the diagnostic interface of the VCU and the host computer. The test results show that the VCU can analyze the fault of the collected data and send the fault message to the CAN bus. It can be seen that the developed heavy-duty tractor fault diagnosis system can realize the fault diagnosis function of heavy tractors and meet the design requirements.
