磺苯咪唑对人工感染猪肾虫幼虫的抗蠕虫效果观察

摘  要:
自1975年磺苯咪唑Oxfendazole(Methyl 5(6)-phenylsulfiny-2-benzimida-zolecarbamate)问世以来,国外很多学者以此化合物对牛、绵羊、山羊、马及猪的寄生蠕虫进行了驱虫试验。大量的试验结果证明,该药具有高度的抗蠕虫作用。有关资料记载磺苯咪唑对猪肾虫成虫的驱虫率达100%,但对其第四期幼虫(L_4)的作用如何,尚未见报道。我们于1984年10月至1985年2月应用该药对人工感染的猪进行驱除猪肾虫幼虫(L_4)试验,目的在于了解磺苯咪唑对猪肾虫第四期幼虫的作用并比较一次口服与五日五次口服的驱虫效果,现将结果报告如下:

摘  要:
Thirty wearner pigs (6-8 weeks of age) were each infected orally with3000 3rd srage larvae of Stephanurus dentatus. These pigs were then dividedinto three groups of ten pigs each. For group 1, oxfendazole (6. 75 per centin swine premix) was administered orally to each pig at a single dose rateof 4.5mg/kg body weight on the 28th day of infection. For group 2, the drugwas treated as above but at a dose rate of 0.9mg/kg BW daily for five conse-cutive days from the 26th day of infection. Group 3 was not treated and waskept as control. All animals were slaughtered on the 75th day of infection andimmature worms of S. dentatus were collected from liver, spleen, pancreas,ureter, perirenal fat and abdominal blood vessels. The total worm burden ofthe control group was 437, whereas that of group 1 and group 2 was 12 and21 respectively. The difference between the treated and the control animals wassignificant (P<0.01). It can be concluded that oxfendazole given orally atboth dose levels was highly effective to the 4th Stage larvae of S. dentatus.No significant difference (P>0.05) was found between group 1 and 2 on theanthelmintic efficacy.
