摘  要:
SELEX是从人工体外合成的随机单链核酸序列库中筛选出特异性与靶物质高度亲和的适配体的筛选技术。该技术的基本途径主要是通过人工合成的随机寡核苷酸序列文库,历经筛选、分离、富集得到能与各种配体结合的寡核苷酸适配体,具有高特异性、高亲和力和稳定性良好的特点。本文综述了SELEX技术的发展,介绍了目前的研究进展,以及该技术在植物检疫领域中的应用情况,并对其前景进行分析和展望。

摘  要:
SELEX is a new combinatorial technique screening the oligonucleotide sequence which is specific combined with various target molecules in vitro. The selectivity, affinity and stability of SELEX are high. The specific adapters can be found in the synthetic oligonucleotide library by screening, separation and enrichment. The article reviewed the progress and application of the SELEX in plant quarantine and analyzed its prospect and an outlook.
