摘  要:
SELEX技术又称指数级富集的配体系统进化技术,其原理是从随机寡核苷酸文库中筛选到能特异性结合靶物质的寡核苷酸配体(称为适配子)。由于适配子与靶物质结合的特异性和亲和力可与抗体媲美,SELEX技术已经被广泛应用于生命科学各个领域的研究工作中,显示出良好的应用前景。

摘  要:
SELEX technology is also named as systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment.The principle of SELEX technology is to screen the specific oligonucleotide which binds target molecular(known as the aptamer) from random oligonucleotide library.Compared with specific antibody,aptamer display higher specificity and affinity with target molecular.Therefore,SELEX technology has been widely used in various fields of life sciences research,showing better application prospect.
