摘  要:
本文研究了用微波辅助提取平卧菊三七三萜的工艺。考察乙醇浓度、微波时间、微波功率、提取温度和料液比等因素对平卧菊三七三萜提取得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上利用Box-Behnken实验设计方法和响应面分析法,确定其最佳提取工艺条件。实验结果表明,当乙醇浓度90%和微波功率600 W时,微波辅助提取平卧菊三七三萜的最佳提取条件为:微波时间8.6 min、提取温度57.7℃、料液比1∶33 g/m L。在此条件下平卧菊三七三萜的提取率为2.13%,与模型预测值2.14%之间具有良好的拟合性。

摘  要:
To optimize technological parameters for mircrowave-assisted extraction yield of total triterpenoids from Gynura procumbens. The experiments investigated the effects of extraction,such as ethanol concentration,extraction time,microwave power,temperature,and ratio of solid to liquid. Further,the experiments were optimized using a Box-Behnken method of test design and response surface methodology on the basis of the single factor experiment. When the ethanol concentration was 90% and microwave power was 600 W,the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time was 8.6 min,temperature was 57.7 ℃ and ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶33 g/m L. Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total triterpenoids from Gynura procumbens was up to 2.13%,which was well matched with predicted yield 2.14%.
