平卧菊三七快繁体系优化研究

摘  要:
本研究在已有分化培养基和生根培养基的基础上,用市售普通白糖替代分析纯蔗糖,并去除部分有机成份,对平卧菊三七的快繁体系进行优化.结果表明:在平卧菊三七的快繁过程中,普通白糖可以替代分析纯蔗糖,且以25g.L-1的白糖增殖系数最高,分化苗健壮、根系发达;有机成份中的肌醇和VB1对不定芽的分化不可缺少;试管苗无须经过炼苗即可移栽.优化后的快繁体系比原体系可节省成本84%,有助于工厂化生产成本的降低.

摘  要:
In vitro rapid propagation system for gynura procumbens(Lour.) Merr.was optimized based on the initial differentiation medium and rooting medium.The commercial white sugar was adopted instead of analytically pure sucrose and some organic components were removed from the differentiation medium.The results showed that the commercial white sugar could replace the analytically pure sucrose in vitro culture in gynura procumbens.The maximum propagation coefficient was observed in the differentiation medium with 2.5% commercial white sugar,in which the plantlets showed stronger sprout and root system.The inositol and vitamin B1 were proved to be necessary for adventitious bud differentiation.The plantlet can grow better in flowerpots without the process of hardening-seedling.The optimized in vitro rapid propagation system can save about 84% of total cost compare with the initial medium system.
