菜籽皮栽培金福菇的初探

摘要：

以菜籽皮、菜籽皮与棉籽壳混合、棉籽壳为培养料,对金福菇的菌丝生长过程、鲜菇产量及营养成分进行了研究.结果表明,菜籽皮与棉籽壳混合培养料的鲜菇产量是棉籽壳培养料的2.56倍,菜籽皮与棉籽壳混合培养料产生的子实体粗蛋白含量为36.78%,亚油酸含量为69.32%,分别比棉籽壳培养料提高4.24%和5.82%.

摘要：

Rapeseed coats are by-products in rapeseed process.The effect of three different culture stuff combination including rapeseed coat,cottonseed hull,rapeseed coat plus cottonseed hull on hypha growth,fresh yield and nutrient composition were detected and analyzed.The results indicated that fresh yield of Tricholoma giganteum in rapeseed coat mixed with cottonseed hull increased by 2.56 times of the tresh yield in pure cottonseed hull,and the contents of crude protein and linoleic acid were 36.78 % and 69.32 %,increased by 4.24 % and 5.82 % respectively than the other two.Based on this experiment results,as culture stuff of Tricholoma giganteum could be a new way of comprehensive utilization of rapeseed coat.
