反应液pH值对Nb,F双掺杂纳米TiO_2的影响

摘  要:
以Nb2O5粉末和氢氟酸(HF)为掺杂源,以乳酸和三乙醇胺为螯合剂,按一定比例配制出不同p H值的钛溶胶反应液,之后通过水热反应制备出Nb和F双掺杂的Ti O2纳米颗粒(NFT)。前驱体反应液的酸碱度(p H值)直接影响产物的晶相结构和禁带宽度。结果表明,反应液的酸性或碱性增强,使产物的结晶性能提高;如果反应液接近中性,产物的禁带宽度变窄。碱性环境下水热产物制备的光阳极组装的染料敏化太阳能电池比酸性环境得到的电池具有更高的转换效率。

摘  要:
The Ti-precursor sol-solutions with different p H values were prepared using lactic acid and triethanolamine as chelating agents. Nb,F-codoped Ti O2( NFT) nanoparticles were synthesized via hydrothermal processes using Nb2O5 and hydrofluoric acid as doping source. The structure and band gap of the product were affected by the p H value of the precursor solution. The crystallinity of the NFT would be improved if the acidity or alkaline of the sol-solution was enhanced. And if the sol-solution was closed to neutral,the band gap of the product would be decreased. The relative energy conversion efficiencies of the cells based on NFT photoanodes synthesized in alkaline environment would be higher than those of the cells based on acidity environment.
