腐植酸钠对杏鲍菇菌丝生长促进作用及增产效果的研究

摘  要:
为解决杏鲍菇菌丝生长缓慢和生物转化率低的问题,采用向液体培养基和固体培养基中添加腐植酸钠的方法,观察其对杏鲍菇菌丝生长及产量的影响。结果表明,腐植酸钠对杏鲍菇菌丝生长有明显的促进作用,平均菌丝生长时间缩短6.1d。增产效果比较明显,增幅达9.3%。

摘  要:
To solve the problems of hypase slow-growth and low-grade biotransformation eff iciency, while the certain concentration of sodium humate was accessioned into liquid and solid medium, the effect of hypase growth and yields of mushroom was observed. The results showed that sodium humate have signif icant promotive effect on hypase growth and yields of mushroom. The time of mycelial growth was average shorted 6.1 days, and yields of mushroom increase 9.3%.
