摘  要:
为了提高猪血常规测定结果的准确性,试验采集6头广西巴马小型猪血液,利用全自动血细胞分析仪测定并分析了采血量、冷藏保存时间、冷冻温度对猪血常规测定结果的影响。结果表明:采血量较大(3 mL左右)时血常规测定结果的稳定性更差;血样采集后在4℃保存4 h内测定对血常规指标没有显著影响,8 h以后测定对白细胞指标有显著影响;-20℃、-40℃、-80℃冷冻后测定血常规均会对大多数指标有极显著影响;液氮冷冻30 min对猪血液红细胞总数、血红蛋白浓度、血红蛋白含量、血小板总数等指标没有显著影响。说明测定猪血常规应采集较少量(1 mL左右)血液于4℃保存并于4 h内完成测定。

摘  要:
In order to improve the accuracy of routine blood test results, blood samples from 6 Guangxi Bama miniature pigs were collected, the effects of blood volume, cold storage time and frozen temperature on the results of routine blood test were analyzed by automatic blood cell analyzer. The results showed that the stability of the blood routine examination results was worse when blood volume was larger(about 3 mL); the blood routine test indexes of samples stored at 4 ℃ for 4 hours after collection had no significant effect, the leucocyte indexes had a significant effect after 8 hour; freezing at-20 ℃,-40 ℃ and-80 ℃ had a significant effect on most of the blood routine parameters, however, there was no significant effect on the total red blood cells, hemoglobin concentration, hemoglobin content, platelet count index in pigs after 30 minutes of liquid nitrogen freezing. These results indicated that a small amount(about 1 mL) of blood should be collected and stored at 4 ℃ for routine determination of pig blood, but the determination should be completed within 4 hours.
