30%三唑磷微乳剂的气相色谱法分析

摘  要:
采用气相色谱分析30%三唑磷微乳剂,选用1.5%SE–30为固定液,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标,对有效成分进行分析和定量。三唑磷色谱峰与内标色谱峰的分离度为3.0。方法的相关系数为0.9996,标准偏差为0.1567,变异系数为0.52%,平均回收率为99.1%。

摘  要:
An GC method was developed for determination of 30% triazophos micro-emulsion with a 1.5% SE-30 packed glass column. Dicyclohexyl-o-phthalate was selected as internal standard. The resolution of peaks between triazophos and dicyclo- hexyl-o-phthalate was 3.0. Linear correlation, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and average recovery were 0.9996, 0.156 7, 0.52% and 99.1%, respectively.
