摘 要:
在分离纯化白芨多糖并对其硫酸酯化的基础上,比较研究白芨多糖(Bletilla striata polysaccharide,BSPS)及其酯化产物白芨多糖硫酸酯(BSPSS)的部分理化性质及生物学活性。实验结果表明,BSPSS在水中的溶解度明显提高,分子量为9.0607×10~4,BSPS分子量为9.9658×10~4;酯化物硫酸基取代度为1.31,硫酸基接在C-6上。BSPSS在化学模拟系统中去除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~-·)的作用显著增强,低浓度时也明显具有去除羟基自由基(·OH)的作用,各实验浓度的BSPS清除O_2~-·的作用不明显,而对清除·OH而言则随着浓度升高其清除作用也趋增强。一定浓度的BSPSS和BSPS均具有抑制H_2O_2诱导的红细胞溶血作用;白芨多糖的硫酸酯化有助于增强B淋巴细胞的增殖作用和对体外白血病细胞株U937生长的抑制作用。

摘 要:
Bletilla striata polysaccharide(BSPS)was extracted,purified and sulfated.Some physical,chemical characterisitics and biological activities of BSPS and BSPSS(BSPS-sulfate)were studied in this paper.The solubility of BSPSS in water increases much more than that of BSPS.The mean molecular weight of BSPSS is 9.0607×10~4 and that of BSPS 9.9658×10~4.BSPSS has a stronger scavenging abifity on O_2~-·and·OH than that of BSPS.BSPSS and BSPS can inhibit the H_2O_2-induced hemolysis and promote proliferation of lymphocyte B.BSPSS has obvious inhibition on the growth of lymphocyte B and U937 in vitro.
