摘  要:
全文介绍了氯硝柳胺的理化特性与毒性作用机理。对生物测定法、化学滴定法、分光光度法、色谱法等几种测定分析方法进行了简单阐述。讨论了氯硝柳胺对鱼类、水生甲壳类、软体动物、水生植物的毒性影响,提出了氯硝柳胺对水域环境影响的应对策略。

摘  要:
Niclosamide is efficient molluscicide and principally uesed against aquatic snails. The physical and chemical properties of niclosamide were introduced and the mechanism of toxicity was reviewed. The paper mainly compared the different determination methods of niclosamide, including biogogical assay, chemical titration, visiable spectrophotometry and chromatography analysis, outlined the toxic effort of fishes, aquatic crustaceans, molluscs and aquatic plants. The impact and countermeasure of niclosamide residues on the aquatic environment were discussed.
