摘  要:
对分光光度法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法和近红外光谱法等技术在氨基酸检测中的应用进行综述,其中包括2种无需衍生的直接测定法——积分脉冲安培检测法和蒸发光散射检测法,并且比较衍生法中不同衍生剂的优缺点。最后,展望氨基酸检测方法的发展趋势,为建立高效的氨基酸分析方法提供参考。

摘  要:
The application of these techniques,including spectrophotometry,gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer,capillary electrophoresis and near-infrared spectroscopy,is reviewed. Among them,integrated pulsed amperometric detection and evaporative light scattering detection,the two direct testing technologies for underivatized amino acids are also discussed. Besides,the advantages and disadvantages of different derivative agents are also compared. Finally,the development trend of detection technologies for amino acids is prospected to provide certain references for establishing a new high performance detection method of amino acids.
