新疆棉籽油脱臭馏出物中甾醇的超临界CO_2萃取工艺研究

摘  要:
本试验研究了利用超临界CO2萃取新疆棉籽油脱臭馏出物植物中甾醇的提取工艺。通过研究表明:当萃取压力为20 MPa,温度45℃,CO2流量为25 L/h时萃取3 h,植物甾醇的萃取率可达80.6%,经HPLC分析其纯度达到83.24%。

摘  要:
The extraction and purification of phytosterols from cottonseed oil deodorizer distillate were studied with supercritical-CO2(SCF-CO2)fluid.The results showed that the optimum reaction parameter of extracting pressure was 20 Mpa,with CO2 flow-rate 25 L/h at 45 ℃ for 3 hours.The recovery rate of phytosterols was 80.6%,with the help of HPLC,and the sterol purity can be up to 83.24%.
