我院大学生(乡男)身体形态、机能和素质表型相关的研究

摘  要：
本文以19岁年龄组的60名乡男大学生为样本,进行了关系身体形态、机能和素质16项指标的相关性测定。结果表明,身体形态的六项指标(身高、坐高、体重、胸围、肩宽、骨盆)中,除了身高与体重相关不显著外,其它各指标相互之间都有显著或极显著的相关性。身体机能指标(脉博、收缩压、舒张压消音、舒张压变音)间存在着单一的联系。身体素质指标(50m跑,立定跳远,引体向上、体前屈、1000m跑)中,除了体前屈外,其它各项指标两两之间均具有显著或极显著的相关关系。机能指标中的肺活量与骨盆外的所有形态指标均有非常显著的相关性,,相关程度达到0.1％显著水平。机能与素质、形态与素质的指标之间也部分存在着一定的相关性。该研究为弄清大学低年级乡男学生的身体形态,机能和素质的内部及相互联系,从而有效地提高学生体质提供了一些理论依据。

摘  要：
Sixty of nineteen-year-old students were chose as samples to determine the interrelationship of 16 items such as their body shape, function and quality and so on. The result showed that the 6 items of body shape (body height, sitting height, weight, chest measurement, shoulder width pelvis) had significant or exte rem significantrelation except body height and weight. Function items(sphygmus, contraction presure, etc.) had unitary relation. And quality item (50mrace, standing board lump, chin-up, body bent, 1000m race) had significant or exterem significant relation with the exception of body bent. Vital capacity in function item had obviously related with every item but pelvis to the level of 0.1％ items in function and quality, shape and quality had certain kind of relationship. The study helped to know the interrelationship of shape, function, quality of junior students (country, man) in our college; provided theoretical basis to effectively promote their level; of health.
