摘  要:
氨气是猪场恶臭的主要成分,影响猪的安全生产、健康和福利。本文综述氨气产生的机理、影响氨气排放的营养因素及如何通过营养调控的方法从源头减少氨气排放,以期为高转化、低排放、低污染型环保饲料的研发提供理论的依据。

摘  要:
Ammonia is the main stench of swine farm, affecting the safe production, health and welfare of pigs. This paper reviews the mechanism of ammonia production, the nutrient factors of affecting ammonia emissions and how to reduce ammonia emissions by nutritional options of source, in order to provide a theoretical basis of environmental feed with high conversion, low emissions, low pollution.
