双波长分光光度法测定藏红花中总黄酮的含量

摘  要:
用双波长分光光度法,测定藏红花中的总黄酮含量,测定波长510nm,参比波长588nm,平均回收率98.63%。结果表明,藏红花中总黄酮平均含量为7.27%,该方法稳定可靠,重现性好。

摘  要:
In this paper,a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total fiavonoids in saffron Crocus sativus L.The detective wavelength was 510 nm,while the reference one was 588 nm,the recovery was 98.63%,The result indicated the average total fiavonoids in saffron Crocus sativus L.was 7.27%,the method was stable,reliable and accurate in the determining process.
