微波提取大青叶中4(3H)喹唑酮的工艺研究

摘  要:
目的:优选大青叶中有效成分4(3H)喹唑酮微波提取法的最佳工艺条件。方法:以4(3H)喹唑酮含量为指标,采用正交试验考察药材粒度(A)、提取溶剂浓度(B)、微波辐射时间(C)、溶剂倍量(D)4个因素对微波提取法结果的影响。结果:微波提取的最佳工艺条件为A2B2C1D1,即40目的药材粒度,用10倍量的50%乙醇微波辐射10 min。结论:微波提取法具有提取率高、提取速度快、能量消耗小等优点。

摘  要:
Objective:To study the optimal extraction process of 4(3H)quinazolinone from Isatis tinctoria L.with microwave.Methods: The contents of 4(3H)quinazolinone was used as index to evaluate the effects of materials size(A),extractant concentration(B),microwave radiation time(C) and solvent volume(D) on the extracting of quinazolinone by orthogonal experiment.Results: The optimal conditions for microwave extraction were A2B2C1D1: Scatterring medical material into 40 powders,with 10 times of 50% alcohol and microwave radiation for 10 mins.Conclusion: Microwave extraction can extract more 4(3H)quinazolinone from Isatis tinctoria L.in shorter time with less energy.It also shows a promising prospect for extracting the effective constituents from Chinese herbal medicine by microwave.
