微波法提取鱼鳞色素研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨微波技术提取锦鲤鱼鳞总色素的适宜条件,并与振荡浸提法进行比较。[方法]采用单因素试验设计,以石油醚为提取溶剂,在不同辐射功率(160~800W)和辐射时间(60~180s)微波处理下,测定相同质量鱼鳞色素提取液的吸光度。[结果]微波辐射功率为640W、辐射时间为150s的条件下,鱼鳞总色素提取效率最高;微波法(辐射功率为640W,时间为150s)提取鱼鳞总色素的效果比振荡法(提取温度为30℃,时间为3h)差。[结论]建立了微波技术提取鱼鳞色素的适宜条件。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study extraction conditions on pigments of fish scale and compare extraction efficiencies between microwave and shaking extractions.[Method] Pigments of the fish scale were extracted using the microwave method under different power (160-800 W) and time(60-180 s)with the petroleum ether as the extracting solution,and the absorbance of extracting solution was determined under the wavelength of 340 nm.[Result] Extraction efficiency was highest with the extraction power of 640 W and the time of 150 s.The extraction efficiency for microwave method (under 640 W for150 s) was lower than that for shaking method (under 30 ℃ for 3 h ).[Conclusion] The study established the best conditions on microwave extraction of the pigment for the fish scale.
