蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体最适发酵条件研究

摘  要:
试验研究了冬虫夏草(Cordyceps sinensis)蝙蝠蛾拟青霉(Paecilomyces hepiali Chen et Dai)菌丝体的发酵条件,其适宜接种量为2.5%~5.0%(v/v),最佳菌龄为3d,适宜的初始pH为5.0~7.5,发酵周期5d,发酵过程中对通气量的要求较高。以20m~3发酵罐培养,菌丝体收率为2.5%,其D-甘露醇含量8.3%,腺苷含量0.24%。

摘  要:
The mycelial fermentation conditioas of Paecilomyces hepiali Chen et Dai of Cordyceps sinensis were studied in our last. The mycelia were cultured at 24℃ on a rotary shaker at 120 r/min for 5 days. It was proved that the suitable initial pH of the medium was 5.0 - 7.5, the inoculation ratio was 2.5% -5.0%(v/v) and the optimal spawn age was 3 days, and that more attention should be paid to the aeration during the fermentation process. Fermented in 20m3 fermentor, the yield of mycelia was 2. 5% .among which the content of D- mannitol in the dried mycelium was 8.3% and the content of adenosine was 0. 24% .
