玉米收获机清选室粉尘导流板设计及优化

摘  要:
收获机工作时清选室出口排出气流携带大量脱出物及粉尘,影响配套机械作业。为改变出口处脱出物及粉尘运动方向,设计收获机清选室出口导流板结构并优化。采用CFD-DEM耦合方法,对清选室内运动脱出物数值模拟,计算导流板导流率。为获得最优导流板结构,以导流板宽度、圆弧度和半径为试验因素,以导流率为试验指标,使用响应曲面分析法中心组合方法设计试验,Design-Expert 6.0.10软件处理试验数据获得回归数学模型。结果表明,导流板能明显改变气流与脱出物运动方向,导流板性能影响因素由强到弱依次为:导流板圆弧角、半径、宽度。导流板模型结构优化参数为:导流板圆弧角120°、半径400 mm、宽度100 mm。

摘  要:
Airflow with large amounts of dust and threshed materials is discharged from the outlet of cleaning room when combine harvester works, affected supporting machinery operation. In order to change the movement directions of threshed materials and dust at the outlet, the dust-suppression diversion plate in the cleaning room of harvester was designed and optimized. The movements of threshed materials in the cleaning room with the diversion plate were simulated based on CFD-DEM coupled method and the rate of diversion was calculated. To improve work performance of the diversion plate and obtain its optimal structure, the experiment was designed by using the central composite design. The experimental factors were the width, arc angle and radius of the diversion plate and the index was the rate of diversion.Furthermore, experimental data were analyzed and the regression mathematical model was founded by using the Design-Expert 6.0.10 software. The experimental results indicated that the movement directions of airflow and the threshed materials were obviously changed by the diversion plate. Moreover, the most significant factor which affected the performance of the diversion plate was the arc angle, followed by the radius, then the width of the diversion plate. The structural parameters of the diversion plate optimized were that the width was 100 mm, the arc angle was 120° and the radius was 400 mm.
