谷物清选CFD-DEM耦合模拟研究

摘  要:
清选是收获机械中至关重要的过程,直接影响收获效率,通过对谷物清选的研究可以指导收获机械的设计,降低生产成本。为此,分析了国内外在谷物清选CFD-DEM耦合模拟技术的研究现状,发现现有的研究多局限在单一的CFD模拟和DEM模拟,这种方法不能够全面体现清选室中气流场、振动筛和物料的相互作用。CFD-DEM耦合模拟技术将气流场和振动筛分作为一个系统来研究,是未来谷物清选模拟研究的发展方向。

摘  要:
Cleaning plays an important role in the harvester,and it has more effect on the efficiency. Research in grain cleaning could improve harvester design and reduce production cost. This paper reviewed the research situation of DEM-CFD simulation at home and abroad,studies show that the research was limited to CFD simulation and DEM. The Interactions between fluid field,vibration screen and materials is difficult to obtain. CFD- DEM coupling simulation is a Systematic Engineering in fluid field and vibration screen. It is the development direction of the simulation research of the grain cleaning in the future.
