党的十九大就提出实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接的重要命题。小农户在我国长期大量存在,有其深刻的历史和国情农情渊源。中央高度重视小农户现代化,十九大以来的3年间,多次发出文件,部署解决这一重要命题的意见,指出要在培育新型农业经营主体同时,健全农业社会化服务体系。这是实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接的关键。农业机械化是开创与小农户共享现代农业的排头兵,在完成党的十九大重任中,定不负众望,前途光明。

摘  要：
The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the important proposition of realizing the organic connection between small farmers and the development of modern agriculture. The central government attaches great importance to the modernization of small farmers. In the three years since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the central government has issued documents for many times to deploy and solve this important proposition. It is pointed out that it is necessary to improve the agricultural socialized service system while cultivating new agricultural operation subjects. Agricultural mechanization is the pioneer of sharing modern agriculture with small farmers. It will meet the expectations of the party in fulfilling the important task of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
