落叶松中二氢槲皮素提取新工艺研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究落叶松中二氢槲皮素的提取新工艺,为更好地开发利用东北落叶松资源提供试验依据。[方法]采用微波辅助预处理的方法改进传统水热提取法提取落叶松中的二氢槲皮素。[结果]结果显示,原料粒度为80目、462 W下微波预处理3 min、浸提温度为90℃、浸提时间为2 h,料液比为1∶16的条件下,二氢槲皮素的平均提取率为0.981%。与传统的水热提取法比较,微波辅助提取效率提高了22.17%。[结论]微波辐射有利于落叶松中二氢槲皮素的提取。

摘  要:
[Objective] The basis of the development and utilization of larch resource was provided through the research on the new extraction process of dihydro quercet from larch.[Method] The average extraction rate of dihydro quercet method of microwave-assisted pre-treatment based on the improvement of the traditional hot water extraction was used for the extraction of the dihydro quercetin from larch.[Result] The results showed average extraction rate of dihydro Drynaria was 0.981% under the condition of the raw material particle size of 80 head,the pretreatment of 462 W microwave for 3 min,the extraction temperature of 90 ℃,the extraction time for 2 hours and the ratio of solution to material is of 1∶16.Compared with the traditional hot water extraction method,the extraction efficiency of 22.17% was higher with the microwave-assisted method.[Conclusion] The microwave radiation was in favor of the extraction of dihydro quercetin from larch.
