气相色谱法测定食品中脱氢乙酸的优化研究

摘  要:
研究用毛细管气相色谱法测定食品中脱氢乙酸的前处理技术的改进。样品经过沉淀剂沉淀后能有效去除油脂等杂质,试验回收率在90%~95%,检出限为1 mg/kg。

摘  要:
The improved pretreatment technique of dehydroacetic acid determination in foods by capillary gas chromatography was studied. The precipitant could effectively remove grease and other impurities in sample. The recoveries for dehydroaetic acid products were 90%-95%, and the detection limit was 1 mg/kg.
