气相色谱法测定焙烤食品中脱氢乙酸

摘  要:
本文优化了现有国标中测定脱氢乙酸的气相色谱法,分别从方法回收率、精密度、检出限和实际样品测定四个方面验证方法的适用性。在0~2.5g/kg测定范围内,线性关系良好,加标回收率为91.7~98.4%,精密度为1.9~3.7%,检出限为1.5mg/kg。通过优化样品提取过程,提高了方法的检出限,减少了样品中杂质的干扰,定量更为准确,扩大了标准的适用范围。

摘  要:
Optimized the determination of dehydroacetic acid in baked food by gas chromatography, investigated the applicability of this method from the recovery, precision, detection limit and actual samples test respectively. This method had a great recovery in the concentration range of 0~2.5g/kg, the standard addition recoveries in bakery food were between91.7% ~98.4%, the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.9% ~3.7%, the detection limit was 1.5mg/kg. This method improved the detection limit by optimization of the extraction process, the character of the method was simple, rapid and accurate, expanded the use of the standard range simultaneously.
