株洲清水塘镉污染水塘污泥水泥固化的浸出效果研究

摘  要:
污泥固化对于重金属污染污泥无害化处理具有重要意义.根据浸出试验探讨了水泥与污泥配比对毒性浸出的影响.结果表明,在pH值4.0~7.0之间,水泥掺加比例10%~70%均能够将污泥中Cd降低到接近于无浸出的水平.水泥掺加比例在25%以下或65%以上时,污泥固化降低了Pb的浸出,在25%~65%之间则提高了Pd的浸出.As在低pH值下基本无浸出,但在接近中性条件下水泥掺加比例达到60%以上时其浸出大幅度增加,但均远未超过排放标准.因此,根据不同目的(仅无害化处理或资源化利用),在污泥固化中推荐选用10%或70%作为最优水泥掺加比例.

摘  要:
Cement solidification has a major significance on the innocent treatment of heavy-metal polluted sludge.Based on experiments,this paper reports the effects of a cement-sludge ratio on the extraction of heavy metals in order to decide the optimal one.Results show that when the pH value of the extracting solution is between 4.0 and 7.0,adding 10% to 70% of cement can reduce Cd to the degree of almost no extraction;that adding less than 25% or more than 65% of cement can reduce Pb's extraction while adding 25% to 65% will increase Pd's extraction;and that with a low pH value,the extraction of As is hard to be detected but when the value is close to 7,the extraction is greatly enhanced with an addition of more than 60% cement but it is far below the drainage standard.Thus,for different purposes of utilization(just innocent treatment or recycling use),10% or 70% can be considered to be the optimal ratios of cement addition.
