加拿大一枝黄花提取物对异育银鲫车轮虫的杀灭活性

摘  要：
采用常温水提法、乙醇提取法及正已烷微波萃取法等3种方法分别从加拿大一枝黄花的根、茎、叶中提取分离出活性物质粗制品。将得到的各粗制品分别配成浓度为5 mg.L-1的处理液,进行抑制和杀灭异育银鲫鱼种体表车轮虫试验。结果显示,加拿大一枝黄花各器官的活性物质对车轮虫均有一定的抑制和杀灭效果。杀虫效果和鱼的成活率综合结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花叶的微波萃取液对车轮虫等寄生虫病的防治效果十分显著。

摘  要：
Crude extracts with active ingredients were extracted from rhizomes,stems and leaves of Solidago canadensis by water-decocting,ethanol circumfluence and n-hexane microwave extraction,respectively.All extracts were diluted as treatment solutions at a final concentration of 5 mg·L-1 to inhibit or kill the Trichodina on the surface of Carassius auratus gibelio.The results showed that each extract from different organs of Solidago canadensis exhibited significant inhibitory effects on Trichodina spp.The results from the inhibitory effects,together with the survival rate of Carassius auratus gibelio,suggest that the extracts from leaves by microwave extraction give an excellent control efficiency.
