针对柴油机缸体粗铣顶底面和主轴承座面工序夹紧变形引起加工余量不足问题,对缸体夹紧位置的变形量进行检测,同时建立CAD三维模型,通过CAE仿真分析,寻找有效解决方案。

摘  要:
Aiming at insufficient machining allowance when the top and bottom surfaces and main bear seat surfaces of cylinder block are milled roughly,the deflection of cylinder clamping position is measured.At the same time,the CAD model is established.The effective solution is found through CAE simulation.
