泰拉霉素注射液对猪的安全性研究

摘  要:
旨在为泰拉霉素注射液在养猪生产中的安全使用提供试验依据与使用参考.选用健康猪24头,随机分为4组,一组为空白对照组,其余为给药组.给药组于第1天和第4天2次给药,按照猪体质量2.5、7.5和12.5 mg/kg剂量颈部肌注泰拉霉素注射液.在给药前及第1次给药后1 d,第2次给药后的1、3、6、10、15 d对猪体温、体质量、血常规和血液生化指标分析比较,并每天观察给药后动物临床表现.猪颈部肌肉注射泰拉霉素后,在2.5~12.5mg/kg剂量范围内临床表现正常,高剂量组注射部位给药后皮肤发红,但随后消失,其余剂量组无观察到任何不良反应.泰拉霉素各给药组对猪血液常规指标无明显影响(P>0.05),对某些生理生化指标谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、白蛋白(ALB)在给药后与空白对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但大多数在试验后期恢复至正常水平.本试验结果表明泰拉霉素注射液对靶动物猪的血液常规指标和生理生化指标无明显影响,在兽医临床上可安全使用.

摘  要:
A study on safety of tulathromycin in swine was investigated to provide an experiment support for the clinical use of this drug.Eighteen pigs were randomly allocated to three treatment groups.A further six pigs were left untreated as controls(group NTXL).Tulathromycin was administered twice by the intramuscular(i.m.) route administrations of 2.5,7.5,12.5 mg/kg in three treatment groups on the first day and the fourth day,respectively.Blood samples were taken from all animals on days-1,1,3,6,10,15 for serum chemical and hematology evaluation,mass and temperature were measured from all animals at the same time.The injection sites became red in the group that was administered twice of 12.5 mg/kg,however,disappeared later.Other pigs did not show any signs of discomfort after injection.Hematology evaluation indicated no significant differences(P>0.05) between treatment and control groups.Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in serum,albumin(ALB)were significantly higher in treated groups when compared with the control group(P<0.05) post-treatment.No signifcant differences was found with the increase of time interval.The safety of tulathromycin injection in target animal swine indicated that pigs were administered of 2.5-12.5 mg/kg by i.m.route and satisfied veterinary clinical demands.
