摘  要:
MADS-box基因是一类调控植物生长发育的关键基因。在多序列比对的基础上设计兼并引物,成功地从栽培种花生JL24 DNA中扩增得到了130 bp的基因片段。序列比对结果表明,该片段与26个MADS-box基因表现高度的同源性(79%~84%),这表明花生MADS-box片段克隆成功。

摘  要:
MADS-box genes are the key genes involved in growth and development regulation in plants.Based on alignment of MADS-box genes,degenerate primers were designed and used to amplify an expected fragment with 130 bp size from genomic DNA of cultivar JL24.The results of sequences and alignment revealed that the fragment showed highly homology ranging from 79% to 84% to 26 MADS-box genes.The results indicated that a partial MADS-box gene was cloned successfully from cultivated groundnut.
