RAPD技术在金针菇杂交育种中的应用

摘  要:
本文以金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)不同亲本菌株及其杂交种为材料,用20个随机引物进行了RAPD分析,结果表明,两个随机引物扩增出特异的DNA片段,经三次重复,均获得相同结果,且能明显地区别鉴定出真正的杂交种.因此,在杂交育种中,RAPD分析是一种简便、快速、有效地从杂交后代中区别鉴定出真正杂交种的方法.

摘  要:
The random amplified polymophic DNA (RAPD) analysis was made in this study with 20 random primers in various parent strains and hybrids of Flammulina velanpes. The result indicated that two of them amplified the special polymorphic DNA fragment. The same results were obtained in all three replications of the experiment and rhe true hybrids were distinguished obviously from the progemy. Therefore, RAPD analysis was an effective method for rapid identification of the true hybrids.
