利用荻枯茎栽培糙皮侧耳和美味扇菇

摘  要:
利用荻枯茎栽培糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)和美味扇菇(Panellus edulis),结果表明:以荻枯茎为主料栽培的两种食用菌菌丝生长速度和子实体原基形成均较棉籽壳慢约2~3d,但绝对生物转化率均(糙皮侧耳为21.0%、美味扇菇为20.1%)高于棉籽壳栽培组(糙皮侧耳为17.7%,美味扇菇为16.0%)。

摘  要:
Pleurotus ostreatus and Panellus edulis were cultivated on substrates containing 70% cottonseed hulls,70% dry stems of Triarrhena sacchariflora,and 35% of each plant material.Mycelia growth rates were slower,and the time from inoculation to primodium formation were 2-3days shorter,on the substrate containing 70% T.sacchariflora stems compared with the two other substrates,but the biological transformation rates(dry fruit body/dry substrate)for P.ostreatus(21.0%)and P.edulis(20.1%)were higher compared with the corresponding values(17.7% and 16.0%,respectively)recorded on 70%cottonseed hulls.
