摘  要:
动物性食品卫生学是动物医学、动物科学和动物检疫学等专业学生的一门重要选修课,该课程教学改革的重点在于顺应时代形势,合理安排教学内容和教学实验。从教学改革的迫切性、教学内容、教学实验、教学方法和考核方式等方面提出课程改革的方向,培养学生从事动物性食品卫生检疫工作的能力,增强学生法律法规意识,提高学生在新形势下保障动物性食品卫生安全的能力。

摘  要:
Animal derived food hygiene is an important optional course for the students of veterinary medicine,animal science and animal inspection and quarantine.The emphasis of the teaching reform of the course is to arrange teaching contents and teaching experiments reasonably under the new situation.This paper intended to propose some course reform directions,cultivate students′ ability to engage in animal food hygiene and quarantine work,enhance students′ awareness of laws and regulations and improve students ′ ability to protect animal food hygiene and safety under the new situation from the urgency of teaching reform,teaching content,teaching experiments,teaching methods and assessments.
