摘  要:
鹿茸是公鹿的第二性征,也是哺乳动物唯一可以周期性再生的附属器官。其生长速度快,但再生过程中并不会发生癌变;因此,受到了医学界的广泛关注。目前,多个试验证明,鹿茸血中含有多种生长因子及其受体,对鹿茸的生长具有或多或少的影响,其中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ作为一种多功能细胞增殖调节因子,在鹿茸生长过程中发挥了重要作用,是软骨细胞和破骨细胞重要的调节因子。

摘  要:
Antler is the secondary sexual characteristic of male deer, and it is also the only accessory organ of mammals that can regenerate periodically. It grows fast, but it does not become cancerous during the regeneration process, so it has received extensive attention in the medical field. At present, a variety of experiments proved that the deer antler blood contains many kinds of growth factor and its receptor on antler growth has more or less, the influence of the insulin-like growth factor-I, as a kind of multifunctional cell proliferation regulation factor, in the process of pilose antler growth has played an important role in bone formation, cartilage cells and osteoclasts is important regulatory factor.
