低聚半乳糖对延边黄牛犊牛粪样菌群、血液指标及生长性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在调查低聚半乳糖(galactooligosaccharides,GOS)对延边黄牛犊牛粪样菌群、血液指标及生长性能的影响。选取12头初生重相近,体况良好的新生犊牛,按体重和性别随机分为3组,每组4头,于2~29日龄分别日灌服GOS0(对照组)、10(L组)、15g/d(H组)。并于8、15、22和29日龄采集粪样,进行双歧杆菌和大肠杆菌的培养计数;15、29日龄采集血样,测定血液生理、生化指标;测定犊牛初生重和试验结束时末重。结果表明:1)初生犊牛粪样大肠杆菌为优势菌,随日龄增加,大肠杆菌数降低,双歧杆菌数增加,22日龄后,双歧杆菌为优势菌;GOS能够显著增加犊牛粪样双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05);2)犊牛饲喂GOS显著提高了29日龄红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)(P<0.05),L组15和29日龄、H组29日龄红细胞(RBC)数显著降低(P<0.05),L组15日龄血红蛋白浓度(HGB)显著降低(P<0.05);3)末重、平均日增重均为L组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,犊牛饲喂GOS可改善肠道菌群平衡,使双歧杆菌成为肠道优势菌,提高生长速度,而相对的造血原料的不足加重,但可以缓解低MCHC型贫血的发生;在本试验条件下,添加10g/d效果较好。

摘  要:
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of galactooligosaccharide(GOS) on fecal flora,blood indices and growth performance of Yanbian yellow calves.Twelve healthy newborn calves with similar birth weight were selected and randomly assigned into three groups by body weight and sex,with four heads in each group.Calves were drenched GOS at 0(control group),10(low dose group,L group) and 15 g/d(high dose group,H group) from 2 to 29 days of age,respectively.Fecal samples were collected for the analysis of Escherichia coli and Bifidobacteria at 8,15,22 and 29 days of age;blood samples were collected for the analysis of physiological and biochemical indices at 15 and 29 days of age;birth weight and final weight were recorded.The results showed as follows: 1) Escherichia coli was the dominate flora in fecal in calves,the quantification of which steadily decreased with the calves' growth,meanwhile,the quantification of Bifidobacteria increased and gradually became the dominate flora after 22-day-old;supplemental of GOS significantly increased the quantification of Bifidobacteria in fecal(P<0.05);2) supplemental of GOS significantly increased the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) of calves at 29 days of age(P<0.05),but significantly decreased the number of red blood cell(RBC)(L group at 15 and 29 days of age,H group at 29 days of age,P<0.05) and the concentration of hemoglobin(HGB) in blood of calves(P<0.05);3) the final weight and average daily gain in L group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The results indicate that supplemental of GOS improves the balance of intestinal flora,and Bifidobacteria becomes the dominate flora in calves,increases the growth speed of calves,and the deficiency of hemopoiesis metrial becomes more serious,but the MCHC type anemia is relieved;the better level is 10 g/d under conditions in this study.
