低聚半乳糖对断奶仔猪回肠形态、消化吸收功能及菌群结构的影响

摘  要:
为研究低聚半乳糖(GOS)对断奶仔猪回肠形态、消化吸收功能及菌群结构的影响,选取12头21日龄、体重为(6.55±0.05) kg的"杜长大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机均分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,对照组饲喂教槽料,试验组饲喂添加2%GOS的教槽料,28日龄屠宰取样。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪回肠的绒毛高度和绒毛隐窝比极显著增加(P<0.01),回肠黏膜蔗糖酶活性有增加的趋势(P=0.091),回肠黏膜Na~+依赖性单糖转运体1(SGLT1)的基因表达量极显著升高(P<0.01);模式识别受体Toll样受体2(TLR2)和促炎因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)的基因表达量显著下降(P<0.05),抑炎因子白介素10(IL-10)的表达量极显著增加(P<0.01);闭合蛋白(Occludin)的相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05);同时,回肠食糜中微生物多样性和乳酸杆菌的相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明:断奶仔猪日粮中添加2%GOS可以提高回肠对糖类物质的消化吸收能力及单糖转运体基因的表达,有利于维持回肠的屏障功能,增加肠道菌群丰富度,改善肠道微生物组成,从而有助于降低仔猪的断奶应激综合征,为GOS应用于断奶仔猪日粮提供一定的理论基础。

摘  要:
In order to identify the effects of galacto-oligosaccharides(GOS) on the ileal morphology, digestion and absorption functions and bacterial composition in weaned piglets, twelve 21-day-old Duroc × Landrace × Yorks weaned piglets were used and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with six replicates in each group. The control group was fed with the creep feed, while the treatment group was fed with the creep feed supplemented with 2% GOS. Then both groups were fed with the same creep feed, and all piglets were slaughtered at 28 days of age. Compared with the control group, the ratio of villus height to villus crypt of the ileum of the treatment group was very significantly increased(P<0.01), and the activity of sucrase in their ileum mucosa increased(P=0.091), too. Their expression levels of ileal mucosa SGLT1 and IL-10 were very significantly increased(P<0.01), while their expression levels of pattern recognition receptor TLR2 and pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β were significantly decreased(P<0.05). In addition, the bacterial diversity and the relative abundance of Lactobacilli in ileal digesta were significantly increased(P<0.05). These results suggest that adding 2% GOS to the diet of weaned piglets enhances their capacities of digestion and absorption of sugar in the small intestine and increased the expression of ileal monosaccharide transporter genes in them, improved the barrier function of their ileum, and contributed to the abundance of intestinal microflora and regulated the composition of their ileal microflora, which help to reduce the weaning stress syndrome in piglets. This study provided a theoretical basis for the application of GOS to weaned piglets.
