一株产柚苷酶菌株黑曲霉的分离及菌种鉴定的初步研究

摘  要:
设计试验了一种新的柚苷酶产生菌的选育模型,以橘皮粉为唯一的碳和氮源,通过富集培养的方式从腐烂的橘皮上筛选出一株高产柚苷酶生产菌株A166。对该菌株进行摇瓶发酵测定酶活力达到955.6 U/mL。通过对该菌株的形态特征、培养特征的观察,对照《真菌鉴定手册》初步判定该菌株为黑曲霉(Aspergillus nigeer)。并对该菌株所产柚苷酶对柑桔类果汁进行了一定的脱苦性实验。

摘  要:
A model for screening efficient naringinase-producing strains was designed and tested.Several strains were separated from the peel of rotten orange fruit.A strain,designed as A166,showed great enzyme-yielding capacity,with a naringinase activity of 955.6 U/mL when fermented in liquid medium,and was identified as a strain of Aspergillus niger.And the effect of naringinase on debittering of citrus juice was tested.
