苯嘧磺草胺是一个新的嘧啶二酮类(脲嘧啶)除草剂,通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶(PPO),可有效防除绝大数阔叶杂草,包括抗草甘膦和ALS抑制剂的杂草。简要介绍了其化学名称、理化性质、毒性、作用机理、创制经纬、专利情况、合成方法、生物活性及应用等。

摘  要：
Saflufenacil is a new herbicide of the pyrimidinedione chemical class.It has been shown to effectively control many key broadleaf species,including glyphosate or ALS resistant biotypes through inhibitting the protoporphyrinogen oxidase(PPO) enzyme.Its chemical name,physical and chemical properties,toxicities,mode of action,discovery,patents,synthesis method,biological properties and applications were introduced in the paper.
