摘  要:
对禾本科粒毛盘菌(Lachnumhyalopus)胞内多糖的微波提取工艺进行研究,并研究该多糖对超氧阴离子自由基()和1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除作用.结果表明,粒毛盘菌胞内多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率150W,时间3min,液料比80,此条件下多糖得率可达12.05%.粒毛盘菌多糖对和DPPH自由基均有较好的清除作用,多糖浓度为100mg·L-1时,对的清除率达到86.67%;浓度为10mg·L-1时,对DPPH自由基的清除率达到10.79%.表明粒毛盘菌多糖具有明显的抗氧化活性.

摘  要:
Extraction of polysaccharide from Lachnum hyalopus with microwave and its scavenging capacity of superoxide anion radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical were studied.The results indicate that the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharide were as follows:microwave power was 150 W with ratio of liquid to material at 80 and 3 min of extraction time.Under above conditions,the polysaccharide yield was up to 12.05%.Meanwhile,the scavenging effects of the polysaccharide on  and DPPH free radicals were both significant,which the scavenging effects on the  radical reached 86.67% with 100 mg·L-1 polysaccharide,and the clearance rate of DPPH free radical reached 10.79% with 10 mg·L-1 polysaccharide.So it can be concluded that the polysaccharide displayed obvious antioxidant activities.
