葫芦素B对甜菜夜蛾幼虫取食和成虫产卵的影响

摘  要:
测定了葫芦素B对甜菜夜蛾1~3龄幼虫取食和成虫产卵的影响.结果表明,当质量浓度达到16 0 0 μg·mL-1时,葫芦素B对1龄幼虫有拒食作用,并降低其存活率,干扰作用控制指数(IIPC)为0 70 0 ;在相同质量浓度下,葫芦素B抑制成虫产卵,产卵抑制率达5 5 5 % ,IIPC为0 4 4 5 .

摘  要:
Cucurbitacin B is oxygenated tetracyclic triterpene existing in Cucurbitaceae and the plants of other families, which has repellent effect on many insects. The influence of cucurbitacin B on feeding behavior and oviposition of Spodoptera exigua was tested. The results were showed that at the concentration of (1 600) (μg·mL~(-1),) cucurbitacin B had the antifeedant activity to newly-hatched larvae and significantly lower survival rate of them, inference index of population control (IIPC) of the first instar larvae was 0.700. The cucurbitacin B deterred adult from oviposition, and the oviposition deterrent rate was 55.5% while IIPC was 0.445 at the same concentration of cucurbitacin.
