自然干旱胁迫对两种小檗幼苗生长和生理生化指标的影响

摘  要:
以12周生黑果和红果小檗幼苗为试材,采用盆栽和持续停水的干旱处理方法,模拟研究不同干旱胁迫时段对小檗幼苗生长及抗性生理的影响,旨在为小檗幼苗的栽培和水分管理提供理论参考和技术参考。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长和胁迫程度增加,土壤相对含水量(RSWC)、株高及地径增长量均呈逐渐下降的趋势;黑果小檗和红果小檗幼苗叶片组织中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先增加后减少;脱落酸(ABA)、游离脯氨酸(FP)及丙二醛(MDA)含量均逐渐增加。运用模糊数学隶属函数法综合各个抗旱指标评价,红果小檗幼苗抗旱性优于黑果小檗,通过灰色关联度分析可知各指标与其抗旱性关联顺序为POD活性>FP含量>MDA含量>ABA含量>SOD活性。

摘  要:
To provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the cultivation and water management of black fruit and red fruit Berberis seedlings,the 12-week-old black fruit and red fruit Berberis seedlings were used as test materials.Potted and continuous drought treatment methods were used to simulate the effects of different drought stress periods on the growth and resistance physiology of black fruit and red fruit Berberis seedlings.The results showed that with the prolongation of drought stress and the increase of stress degree,the soil relative water content(RSWC),plant height and ground diameter increased gradually;the activity of peroxidase(POD) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the leaves of black fruit and red fruit Berberis seedlings increased first and then decreased;the content of abscisic acid(ABA) and free proline(FP) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) gradually increased.The fuzzy math membership function method was used to evaluate various drought resistance indicators,the drought resistance of red fruit Berberis was better than that of black fruit.According to the grey correlation analysis,the order of correlation between each index and its drought resistance was as follows,POD activity>FP content>MDA content>ABA content>SOD activity.
