分离指加强筋对膜片弹簧性能影响的仿真研究

摘  要:
膜片弹簧是影响离合器使用性能的关键零件。膜片弹簧的分离指在离合器分离过程中存在弹性变形,增大分离行程,降低操纵轻便性。本文在膜片弹簧的分离指根部凸面上冲制径向加强筋结构,采用非线性有限元法对膜片弹簧弹性特性进行仿真研究,通过对比分析有加强筋和无加强筋的两种弹簧的弹性特性曲线,得出冲制加强筋后离合器分离行程减小;对两种弹簧进行应力分析,在压紧状态即大端加载时最大应力点都位于分离指根部窗口中点处,在分离状态即小端加载时冲制加强筋后膜片弹簧的最大应力点发生在加强筋根部靠近碟簧部分,在加强筋的设计和制造中要考虑这一变化。

摘  要:
Diaphragm spring is the key part of the clutch affecting the performance.The elastic deformation takes place to the release fingers of the diaphragm spring in the process of the clutch separation,which increases the separation distance and reduces the convenience of the manipulation.In this paper radial stiffeners are punched on the convex of the diaphragm spring and near the roots of the release fingers.The nonlinear finite element method is adopted to make simulation research on the elastic properties of the diaphragm spring.It comes to the conclusion that stiffeners can shorten the separation distance of the diaphragm spring clutch by making contrasting and analyzing the curves which show the elastic properties of two kinds of spring with or without stiffeners.The stress distribution of two kinds of spring in different conditions(pressure state,separating state)is analyzed.The analysis shows that the maximum stress points of two kinds of spring under the pressure state both lay in the middle of windows of the roots of the release fingers;however,the maximum stress points of the spring with stiffeners under the separating state lie at the end of stiffeners near the disc spring.When diaphragm springs are designed and stiffeners are produced,this change should be considered.
