分离指结构对膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性的影响

摘  要:
建立了离合器膜片弹簧有限元模型,采用非线性有限元法对膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性进行了模拟计算,研究了分离指结构对膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性的影响。计算结果表明,分离指根部及窗孔结构是影响膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性的关键因素。探讨了窗孔结构对膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性的影响,为膜片弹簧的优化设计提供指导。

摘  要:
We establish a finite element model of the clutch diaphragm spring,and simulate the load vs.deformation characteristic for diaphragm spring based on nonlinear finite element method(FEM),then research the fingers structure's effect on the characteristic.The results show that the fingers and fenestra structure are the key factors which effect the characteristic.In addition,we also explore the effect on the characteristic with the different size of fenestra structure,which can guide and optimize the design of the clutch.
