蛋白芯片作为一种快速、简便、高通量分析检测技术,近年来在食品检验、蛋白质组学、疾病诊断、药物筛选、农林畜牧业以及司法鉴定等领域应用日渐增多。本文简述蛋白芯片的应用、存在的问题和未来发展前景。

摘  要:
As a rapid, simple and high-throughput analytical technique, protein chip has been increasingly applied in the fields of food inspection, proteomics, disease diagnosis, drug screening, agroforestry, animal husbandry and judicial expertise. This paper is intended to provide a brief overview of its applications and problems involved as well as future prospects.
