蛋白芯片在蛋白质组学中的应用

摘  要:
最近几年,蛋白芯片技术发展很快并在蛋白质组学通量化和系统化的研究中扮演越来越重要的角色,展现出良好发展前景。为此,文章对蛋白芯片的主要原理和类型以及近几年蛋白芯片在蛋白质组学中的应用,尤其是在蛋白表达谱图和蛋白质相互作用谱图中的应用进行了综述。

摘  要:
In recent several years,the technology of protein microarray is playing a more and more important role in the research of the proteomics such as high-throughout identification of proteins as well as functional analysis.This review briefly introduces the main theory and types of the protein microarray,and then sum up their applications in the expression profiling and the interaction profiling of proteins.
